摘　　要：电流模式电路的基本器件是MOS管,在设计的整体过程当中,电压信号和电流是互相组合的一个整体,在分析的过程当中不能进行隔离分析。在电流和电压的共同作用之下,MOS管电流模电路是双变量电路,电路负载会对电流信号的摆动幅度进行限制,在整体电流运行的过程当中,不可以对电流信号进行随意设置。The basic device of the current mode circuit is a MOS transistor.In the overall process of design,the voltage signal and the current are integrated with each other,and no isolation analysis can be performed during the analysis process.Under the combined action of current and voltage,the current mode circuit of the MOS tube is a bivariable circuit.The circuit load limits the amplitude of the current signal,and the current signal cannot be set arbitrarily during the entire current operation.
