摘 要:本文介绍了在对一批小管径钛合金管材实施超声检验时发现大量内伤,为确定缺陷情况,按照ASME第V卷2010的要求对其进行内窥镜检验。本文确定了钛合金管材内窥镜检验工艺,该工艺中对内窥镜及探头的选择、灵敏度试块、被检对象表面照度等方面均按照ASME第V卷2010的要求进行了规定,通过该批管材内壁的内窥检验检验及样品的金相解剖结果可以证明,管材内窥镜检测技术可以为判断管材内壁腐蚀的严重程度提供重要依据。This paper introduces the ultrasonic inspection for a number of small diameter titanium alloy pipe,it found that a large number of internal injuries,in order to determine its defects,according to the requirements of the ASME V 2010 for endoscopic examination.This paper determines the titanium alloy pipe endoscope inspection process,the process of selection,endoscope and sensitivity test block,the detected object surface illumination and so on are conducted according to the requirements of the ASME V 2010 rules,through the pipe wall of anatomy of the endoscopic inspection sample inspection and metallographic results can prove that pipe endoscope detection technology to judge the severity of the pipe wall corrosion to provide important basis.
