摘　　要：文章分析了我国核电厂外包辐射防护现场运行及技术支持项目的管理现状和存在的问题,以及影响核电厂辐射防护现场监督和ALARA管理的因素。针对存在的问题提出了后续的优化方向,为对口核电站业务管理提供了参考方向。The paper analyzed the management status and existing problems of radiation protection contract project in China’s nuclear power plant,and the affecting factors of nuclear power plant radiation protection on-site supervision,ALARA management.Aiming at the existing problems,the following optimization direction is proposed to provide a reference direction for the management of nuclear power plant.
