特殊病理类型宫颈癌12例临床病理分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨特殊病理类型宫颈癌患者的病理特点。方法将2011年1月-2012年6月收治的118例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,其中12例特殊病理类型的宫颈癌患者作为观察组,106例常见类型宫颈癌患者作为对照组,对其临床资料进行回顾性比较分析,并分析其病理特点。结果特殊病理患者的平均年龄为(47.1±3.2)岁,和对照组的(46.7±5.1)岁相比无显著数据差异(P>0.05);对照组和观察组患者在临床症状、病灶情况等方面相似;观察组患者的五年生存率为16.67%(2/12),显著低于对照组的54.7%(58/106);宫颈小细胞癌阳性表达Cg A、NSE及Syn,高表达CD56;浆液性乳头状腺癌以及透明细胞癌高表达腺上皮标志物;肉瘤Vim阳性,高表达CD68;恶性黑色素瘤特异性表达HMB45。结论要重视特殊病理类型宫颈癌的病理特点,进行准确而快速地确诊及治疗,做到早发现、早治疗,提高患者生存率。Objective To analyze the pathological features of cervical cancer patients with special pathological types.Methods A total of 118 cervical cancer patients admitted from January 2011 to June 2012were selected as the study subjects.Twelve patients with cervical cancer of special pathological type were treated as observation group and 106 patients with common cervical cancer as control group.Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed for pathological features.Results The average age of patients with special pathology was(47.1±3.2)years old,which was not significantly different from that of the control group(46.7±5.1)years(P>0.05).The clinical symptoms and lesions of two groups were similar.The five-year survival rate was 16.67%(2/12)in observation group and 54.7%(58/106)in control group.The expression of CgA,NSE and Syn in small cell carcinoma of cervix and expression of CD56;Serous papillary adenocarcinoma and clear cell carcinoma overexpressing glandular epithelial markers;sarcoma Vim positive,high expression of CD68;malignant melanoma specifically expressed HMB45.Conclusion We should attach importance to the pathological features of cervical cancer with special pathological types,accurately and quickly diagnose and treat patients,and achieve early detection and early treatment to improve the survival rate of patients.
