坤泰胶囊联合人工周期激素疗法对卵巢早衰患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合人工周期激素疗法应用于卵巢早衰患者临床治疗中的效果。方法选取我院2015年1月-2017年1月所收治卵巢早衰患者90例,随机分为研究组和对照组。对照组45例,仅予以人工周期激素疗法;研究组45例,在对照组基础上加用坤泰胶囊。比较两组患者疗效差异,并记录两组治疗前后雌激素水平变化。结果研究组临床总有效率为93.33%,显著优于对照组的75.56%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组血清FSH、LH值均明显降低、E_2水平明显提高,而研究组在FSH下降程度、E_2升高程度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合疗法可有效提升患者临床疗效,调节性激素水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Kun Tai capsule combined with artificial periodic hormone therapy in the clinical treatment of patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods 90 patients with premature ovarian failure treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.In the control group,45 cases were treated with only artificial cycle hormone therapy,and 45 cases in the study group were added with Kun Tai Capsule on the basis of the control group.The difference between the two groups was compared and the changes in the level of estrogen before and after the treatment were recorded in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(75.56%)(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum FSH and LH values of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the E2 level was significantly improved.However,the degree of FSH decline and the degree of E2 elevation in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined therapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of the patients and regulate the level of sex hormone,which is worthy of clinical application.
