雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的效果评定

摘　　要：目的观察雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松治疗成人紫癜性肾炎的效果。方法选取我院成人紫癜性肾炎患者,收取例数和收取时间分别为120例、2016年3月25日-2017年7月23日,随机对本院所有观察对象进行分组,对照组采用泼尼松治疗、观察组实施雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松治疗,每组患者各60例,比较2组治疗效果以及复发情况。结果观察组成人紫癜性肾炎患者治疗总有效率为98.33%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组成人紫癜性肾炎患者复发人数1例(1.67%),明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用雷公藤多苷联合泼尼松治疗成人紫癜性肾炎患者疗效显著,同时还能降低患者复发率,促进患者早日康复,值得研究。Objective To observe the effect of tripterygium glycosides combined with prednisone in the treatment of adult purpura nephritis.Methods Adult purpura nephritis patients were selected in our hospital,the number of cases and the charge collection time were 120 cases;From March 25,2016-July 23,2017,all subjects were randomly divided into two groups,the control group used prednisone treatment,the observation group implementation of tripterygium glycosides combined with prednisone,there were 60 cases in each group,2 groups of treatment effect and recurrence were compared.Results The total effective rate of the adult purpura nephritis in the observation group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The number of recurrent patients with adult purpura nephritis in the observation group was 1(1.67%),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with prednisone in the treatment of adult patients with purpura nephritis is effective,and it can also reduce the recurrence rate and promote the early recovery of patients,which is worth studying.
