精神心理护理在老年抑郁症患者中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价精神心理护理在老年抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的老年抑郁症患者64例随机平分为常规组与研究组。常规组患者接受常规化护理,研究组在常规化护理的同时接受精神心理护理。结果研究组抑郁自评量表评分(SDS)显著低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组健康感觉、疾病认知、社会支持、行为能力、总体感觉等生命质量指数评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论为老年抑郁症患者加强精神心理护理,可减轻其抑郁症状,提高生命质量,值得临床借鉴普及。Objective To evaluate the effect of psycho-psychological nursing in elderly patients with depression.Methods 64 cases of senile depression patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into regular group and research group.The regular group received routine care,and the research group received psychiatric care during routine care.Results SDS score of the research group was significantly lower than the regular group(P<0.05).The scores of the research group's health sensation,disease cognition,social support,behavioral ability and general feeling were significantly higher than that of the regular group(P<0.05).Conclusion To strengthen psycho-psychological nursing for elderly patients with depression can alleviate their depressive symptoms and improve their quality of life.It is worth the popularization of clinical reference.
