摘 要:目的探讨CBL与PBL混合式教学背景下诊断实验教学情况。方法将实验班级随机分为传统教学组与混合式教学组,以期末测验成绩和学生满意度调查问卷为主要的评价方式。结果混合式教学组的考试成绩优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单纯PBL教学方法存在一定局限性,为更好适应我国医学教育的发展方向,将CBL引入到学生处理诊断实验的具体问题环节中,能激发学生的学习主动性与参与性,两者相结合的方法被学生更易接受,同时提高学生的学习成绩。Objective To explore the CBL and PBL hybrid teaching under the background in the diagnosis of experimental teaching.Methods The experimental class were randomly divided into traditional teaching and hybrid teaching group,in the final test result and student satisfaction questionnaire as the main way of evaluation.Results The examination results in hybrid teaching group was better than traditional teaching group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching method has certain limitations.To betteradapt to the development direction of medical education in our country,students will be introduced to the CBL in dealing with diagnosis experiment of concrete link.The methods can stimulate students'learning initiative and participation,improve the students'academic performance.The combination of both methods is accepted more likely by students.
