运动平板心电图、24小时动态心电图对冠心病的诊断

摘　　要：目的在诊断冠心病中采用运动平板心电图与24小时动态心电图,研究诊断办法,比较应用意义。方法本组探究中共计选取52例患者入组,疾病类型是冠心病,分组方法是随机数字表法,分为观察组(26例;运动平板心电图)和对照组(26例;24小时动态心电图),对比两组患者诊断后各项临床数据并计算出统计学分析具体数值。结果观察组患者准确率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在诊断冠心病中采用运动平板心电图,应用意义较为重要,优于24小时动态心电图,可获得更为准确的检查结果,临床应用价值较高,给予冠心病患者诊断时,需要根据患者具体情况合理选择检查方法,临床实践证实诊断冠心病患者期间可联合应用运动平板心电图与24小时动态心电图,可促使临床确诊率明显提高。Objective In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,the exercise plate electrocardiogram and 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram are used to study the diagnostic methods,and the significance of the diagnosis is compared.Methods A total of 52 patients were selected into the group,the type of disease is coronary heart disease,the grouping method is randomly divided into observation group(26 cases;treadmill exercise ECG)and control group(26 cases;24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram),compared two groups of patients after the diagnosis of clinical data and calculation a specific numerical statistical analysis.Results The accuracy of the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treadmill exercise ECG in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,the more important application significance,significantly better than the 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram,can obtain more accurate results,the higher the value of clinical application,given the diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease,need to check the method of reasonable choice according to the specific circumstances of patients during clinical practice confirmed the diagnosis of patients with coronary heart disease can be combined with exercise ECG and 24 hours ambulatory electrocardiogram,clinical diagnosis rate increased significantly.
