头孢克肟干混悬剂治疗小儿急性细菌性肠炎的疗效临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究头孢克肟干混悬剂治疗小儿急性细菌性肠炎的疗效。方法选取2014年4月—2017年4月我院收治的100例急性细菌性肠炎患儿作为研究对象,通过随机分组的方式,将其分为对照组和实验组,两组各50例。对照组患儿服用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾颗粒,实验组患儿服用头孢克肟干混悬剂,对比两组患儿的治疗有效率。结果实验组的患儿治疗有效率为92%,对照组患儿的治疗有效率为76%,实验组患儿的治疗有效率高于对照组患儿,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头孢克肟干混悬剂可以有效治疗小儿急性细菌性肠炎,提高患儿恢复健康的效率,帮助患儿更好地恢复身体健康,并且提高患儿的生活质量。Objective To study the efficacy of cefixime dry suspension in the treatment of acute bacterial enteritis in children.Methods A total of 100 children with acute bacterial enteritis from April 2014 to April 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.50 children in each group.The control group were given amoxicillin Vitamin A potassium granules,the experimental group taking cefixime dry suspension,the treatment of children with two groups compared efficiency.Results The effective rate of treatment in children was 92%in the experimental group and 76%in the control group.The treatment efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cefixime dry suspension can effectively treat acute bacterial enteritis in children,improve the recovery rate of children's health,help children recover their health better,and improve children's quality of life.
