硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗中重度妊娠高血压综合征患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗中重度妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选择特定研究时段(2014年10月—2017年6月)本医院就诊中重度妊娠高血压综合征患者60例作为研究对象。按照就诊顺序,将其分为两组。采取单纯硫酸镁治疗的患者作为对照组(n=30),实施硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的患者作为观察组(n=30)。对比两组患者治疗效果和临床指标。结果对照组总有效率为73.33%、观察组为96.67%,两组之间临床指标对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于中重度妊娠高血压综合征的患者,采取硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的效果显著,可维持血压水平在正常范围内,且血浆粘度、尿蛋白尿量等指标趋于正常。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of patients with moderate-severe pregnancy-induced hypertension.Methods 60 cases of severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in the hospital were selected as the subjects of the special study period(from October 2014 to June 2017).According to the order of treatment,they were divided into two groups.The patients treated with simple magnesium sulfate were used as the control group(n=30).The patients treated with magnesium sulfate and nifedipine were treated as the observation group(n=30).The treatment effect and clinical index of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 73.33%in the control group and 96.67%in the observation group.There was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate-severe pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,the treatment with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine has significant effect,maintaining the blood pressure level within the normal range,and the indexes of plasma viscosity and urinary protein and urine volume tend to be normal.
