形意拳三体式站桩作为2型糖尿病运动处方的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察形意拳三体式站桩作为2型糖尿病运动处方的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法选取80例2型糖尿病患者,将其随机分为对照组、观察组,每组各40例。对照组进行常规糖尿病教育,不参加处方锻炼;观察组在常规糖尿病教育的基础上,需进行2次/d的形意拳三体式站桩,干预时间3个月。观察两组干预前后的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、三酰甘油(TG)、生活质量。结果 (1)观察组干预后FPG、2 h PG、Hb A1c、TG与对照组相比下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组干预后生活质量评分显著下降,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论形意拳三体式站桩可有效辅助治疗2型糖尿病控制患者的生化指标,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of T2DM exercise prescription of the three-style station pile of Xingyi boxing,and to explore its mechanism.Methods 80 patients with T2DM were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine diabetes education and did not participate in prescription exercise.The observation group in the conventional diabetes education on the need for twice times Xingyi threestyle train,intervention time was 3 months.The fasting blood glucose(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),three acylglycerol(TG)and quality of life in two groups before and after intervention were observed.Results(1)the decrease of FPG,2 hPG,HbA1c and TG in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)the score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-style station pile of Xingyi boxing can effectively assist in the treatment of patients with T2DM and improve the quality of life of patients.
