老龄化背景下收入对农村居民医疗保健消费的影响——基于省级面板数据的实证分析

摘　　要：在老龄化大背景下,研究收入对我国农村居民医疗保健支出的效应,以期为未来医疗消费需求变化的预测、居民健康保障制度的改革提供建议。以2010—2015年我国31省份农村地区的面板数据为基础,建立固定效应模型,定量分析农村居民收入对其医疗保健消费的影响。结果显示,收入对农村居民医疗保健消费有非常显著的正向作用,老龄化水平的正向影响也比较明显。最后得出如下结论,即重视农村老龄化问题,完善老年人养老保障体系和医疗消费补贴政策;出台维护农民利益的农业政策,增加农民实际收入,以提高农民的健康投资能力。Objective:Study the impact of incomes on rural residents*healthcare outputs under the aging background to put forward suggestions for predicting changes of healthcare demands and reforming rural health security system.Methods:Based on the statistics of 30 rural areas between 2010 and 2015,It established Fix Effect Model to analyze the effects of incomes on rural residents*healthcare outputs.Results:Incomes have a quite positive effect on rural residents*healthcare outputs.Meanwhile,aging level’s positive effect is also remarkable.Conclusion:Emphasize the aging problem and optimize the rural elder security system and healthcare subsidy policy.Issue agricultural policies beneficial to rural residents to increase their incomes as well as improve their investment in health.
