摘  要:目的探讨PDCA-PBL法在军队中心医院主管护师培训中的实践效果。方法应用PDCA-PBL法对医院主管护师进行轮转培训,比较PDCA-PBL法实施前后主管护师护理能力水平、临床医师对护理工作满意度情况。结果应用PDCA-PBL法培训后,主管护师在护理程序运用、危重患者救护、健康教育、沟通、管理能力方面的护理能力水平明显提高(P均<0.05);临床医师对护士专业素质、专业技能、专业发展、病房管理、医护合作方面的护理工作满意度也大大提高(P均<0.05)。结论应用PDCA-PBL法对主管护师进行培训有其必要性,能有效提高主管护师护理能力水平,带动科室护理工作满意度的提高。Objective To evaluate the effect of the PDCA-PBL method in primary nurse training in a military central hospital.Method This method was used to organize primary nurses'rotation training,then the nursing ability of primary nurse and the clinician's satisfaction on nursing work after training were evaluated.Results The level of nursing ability in application of nursing procedure,critical care,health education,communication and management was higher(P<0.05)than befor training;the level of satisfaction of clinician on nurses'professional quality,professional skills,professional development,ward management and doctor-morse cooperation was also higher(P<0.05)than befor training.Conclusion It is necessary to organize the training by the method of PDCA-PBL which could effectively improve primary nurses'nursing ability and improve the degree of clinician's satisfaction on nursing work.
