摘  要:糖尿病是我国最常见的代谢性疾病之一,长期的高血糖状态可诱导机体异常的炎症、促凝反应,并对微血管生成、脂质代谢等产生影响。组织因子旁路抑制剂(TFPI)是组织因子的主要生理抑制剂,除发挥抗凝作用外,其独特的结构和内皮表达特性在2型糖尿病的发病中亦发挥重要功能。针对糖尿病血管内皮损伤诱发TFPI表达异常的现象,着重阐明TFPI在炎症反应、微血管形成和脂质代谢等方面的最新研究进展,从而为糖尿病的诊治提供新的思路和靶点。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is one of the most common metabolic diseases in China.Persistent hyperglycemia condition can not only induce abnormal inflammation and coagulation response in the body,but have an impact on microvascular production and lipid metabolism,and so on.Tissue factor pathway inhibitor(TFPI)is the major physiological inhibitor of tissue factor.In addition to its anticoagulant effect,the unique structure and endothelial expression also exert multi-modal interactions in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.In this review,authors focus on the abnormal expression of TFPI induced by vascular endothelial injury in diabetes and explore the latest progress of TFPI in inflammatory response,microvascular formation and lipid metabolism,so as to provide the novel think and target for the diagnosis and treatment of DM.
