摘  要:目的建立一种稳定的阿昔洛韦微乳制剂。方法在室温下,以油酸为油相,复合表面活性剂油酸钠、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-60和吐温-80,在水溶液中制备空白微乳。在空白微乳中加入助剂丙三醇和阿昔洛韦,制备阿昔洛韦微乳制剂。并通过TEM、激光散射法等方法检测阿昔洛韦微乳粒子的形态、直径和电位等理化性质。结果阿昔洛韦微乳制剂的粒子平均直径为40.28nm,粒度范围小。阿昔洛韦微乳制剂的pH值为6.82。结论阿昔洛韦微乳制剂较稳定,接近中性,有利于对其展开进一步研究。To establish a stable acyclovir microemulsion formulation.The blank microemulsion was prepared by complex surfactant sodium oleate,castor oil polyoxyethylene ether EL-60 and Tween-80 in aqueous solution with oleic acid as oil phase.Acyclovir microemulsion was prepared by adding adjuvant glycerol to blank microemulsion.The physical and chemical properties such as the form,the diameter and the potential of the acyclovir microemulsion were detected by transmission electron microscope(TEM)and laser scattering method.Acyclovir microemulsion particles showed an average particle diameter of 40.28 nm and a pH of 6.82 with a small particle size range.Acyclovir microemulsion formulation is relatively stable,close to neutral.It is wealth of study further.
