热毒宁联合更昔洛韦对Epstein-Barr病毒感染患儿的疗效及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨热毒宁联合更昔洛韦对Epstein-Barr病毒感染患儿的疗效及免疫功能的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将122例Epstein-Barr病毒感染患儿均分为2组。对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用热毒宁注射液。治疗后,比较2组患儿临床症状改善情况(退热时间、咽痛时间、咽充血时间、扁桃体肿大时间、颈淋巴结肿大消退程度、肝肋下肿大消退程度)、ALT、AST、免疫球蛋白(lgA、lgG、lgM)、免疫功能(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、B细胞、NK细胞)以及炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-2)。结果观察组总有效率为96.72%,明显高于对照组的78.69%(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、咽痛时间、咽充血时间、扁桃体肿大时间、颈淋巴结肿大消退程度及肝肋下肿大消退程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患儿ALT、AST、IgA、IgG、IgM均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组ALT、AST、IgA、IgG、IgM明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组CD3^+、CD8^+明显降低,且观察组CD3^+、CD8^+明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、B细胞、NK细胞显著升高,且观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、B细胞、NK细胞明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组TNF-α显著降低,且观察组TNF-α明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组IL-2水平明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组IL-2水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁联合更昔洛韦治疗Epstein-Barr病毒感染患儿疗效显著,可明显缓解患儿临床症状,改善患儿的免疫功能,降低TNF-α水平,提高IL-2水平。To investigate the clinical effect of Reduning Injections combined with ganciclovir on children with Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)infection and on immune function.122 children with EBV infection were divided into 2 groups by random number method.The control group was given ganciclovir,the observation group were given Reduning Injections based on the control group.After treatment,the clinical symptom improvement(fever time,sore throat time,pharyngeal congestion time,tonsil swollen time,cervical lymph nodess wo lien,liver ribs swollen),ALT,AST,immune function(Ig A,IgG,IgM),immunoglobulin(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,B cells,NK cells),inflammatory factors(TNF-a,IL-2)of the 2 groups were compared.The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.72%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.69%)(P<0.05).The fever time,sore throat time,pharyngeal congestion time,tonsil swollen time,cervical lymph nodesswollen,liver ribs swollen of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ALT,AST,IgA,IgG,and IgM of the 2 groups were significantly reduced?and ALT,AST,IgA,IgG,IgM of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD8+of the 2 groups were significantly reduced,and CD3+,CD8+of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.0 5);After treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,B cell,NK cell of the 2 groups were significantly increased,and CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,B cell,NK cell of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TNF-a of the 2 groups were significantly reduced,and TNF-a of the observation group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,IL-2 of the 2 groups were significantly increased,and IL-2 of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Reduning Injections combined with ganciclovir could effectively treat EBV infection wi
