万古霉素致患者肝功能异常分析

摘　　要：目的调查我院住院患者使用万古霉素后发生肝功能异常的病例,为促进万古霉素合理用药提供依据。方法调取我院2015年8月~2016年7月使用万古霉素住院患者的病例,对患者基本信息、药物使用情况及用药期间肝功能进行统计与分析。结果 980名静脉滴注正常剂量万古霉素的患者,连续给药5.55±2.25d后,13名患者发生肝功能异常(AST:85.18±50.77U·L^(-1),ALT:141.00±86.26U·L^(-1)),发生率为1.33%;停用万古霉素后5.15±1.29d,患者肝功能(AST:37.55±27.79U·L^(-1),ALT:47.09±26.56U·L^(-1))基本恢复正常。结论万古霉素导致肝功能异常是常见的不良反应,因此使用万古霉素必须密切监测患者肝功能变化,以保障患者安全用药并规避医师职业风险。To investigate the inpatients of liver dysfunction induced by vancomycin for promoting the rational use of vancomycin.The patient cases using vancomycin were gathered from August 2015 to July 2016 and the patient basic information,drug use and liver function were statistically analyzed.980 inpatients were intravenously dripped vancomycin for 5.55+2.25 d,liver dysfunction occurred in 13 inpatients(AST:85.18+50.77 U.L1,ALT:141.00+86.26 U.L1).The incidence rate was 1.33%.The liver function was recovered(A S T:37.55+27.79 U.L 1,ALT:47.09+26.56 U.L 1)after stop using vancomycin 5.15土1.29 d.The liver dysfunction induced by vancomycin was common.Therefore,the changes of liver function must be monitored during the using of vancomycin for ensuring safe usage of medicine and avoiding doctor professional risk.
