加强成人高等学历教育考试管理的对策研究

摘　　要：新的发展背景下,成人高等教育考试管理问题频出,对成人高等教育的质量和信誉造成严重影响。成人高等教育生源复杂,其学习方式与普通高校学生有着很大差别,因而要求其考试方式也应与普通高校有所区别。目前,成人高等教育考试存在着考试目的错位、考试追求功利化、考试方式不适合成人学生的学习特点、考试反馈分析不够、考试管理不规范等问题,直接影响着成人高等教育考试的公正性与严肃性,也严重影响着成人高等教育的健康发展。本文通过深入分析,对加强成人高等教育考试管理进行了研究与探讨,并提出了相应的管理对策。Under the new background of development,the problems of examination management of adult higher education have become more frequent and have had a serious impact on the quality and reputation of adult higher education.The source of adult higher education students is very complicated,and their learning methods are very different from those of ordinary college students.Therefore,the examination methods of adult higher education should be different from those of ordinary colleges and universities.At present,adult higher education examinations have problems such as misalignment of examination objectives,pursuing utilitarian results in examinations,unsuitability for adult students in examination methods,insufficient analysis of examination feedback,and non-standard examination management,which directly affect the impartiality and seriousness of adult higher education examinations,seriously affecting the healthy development of adult higher education.Through in-depth analysis,this article researches and discusses the strengthening of adult higher education examination management,and puts forward corresponding management strategies.
