土壤各形态硒与植物硒含量平衡模型研究

摘  要:土壤中重金属的存在形态以及各形态的生物活性、迁移特点是现阶段环境和食品安全领域的研究热点。本文采集了9个硒含量不同的土壤样品及其上生长的茶树叶,使用标准方法分析了土壤中各形态硒和茶树叶硒含量,并采用统计学方法构建了土壤各形态硒与植物硒含量平衡模型。结果表明,离子结合态硒、腐植酸结合态硒、残渣态硒与植物硒含量具有正相关性,其中离子结合态硒对植物硒含量影响最大;强有机结合态硒与植物含硒量成负相关。模型设计比较简单,其作为一种研究方法提出,希望对探讨土壤各形态硒含量与植物硒含量的相互关系有益处。Existing forms of heavy metal in soil,their biological activity and migration characteristics are research hotspots of environmental and food safety fields at current stage.In this paper,9 soil samples with different selenium contents and tea leaves growing on the soils were collected,and various forms of soil selenium and the selenium content of tea leaves were analyzed by standard methods,then mathematics method was used to construct the balance model between soil selenium content and plant selenium content.The results showed that the soil selenium content in ion combined form,humic acid combined form,and residue form had positive correlation with the selenium content in tea leaves,among them,the content of ion combined selenium form had the greatest effect on the plant selenium content.The soil selenium content in the strong organic combination form had negatively correlation with plant selenium content.As a research method,this balance model is simple,and it′s helpful to discuss the relationship between selenium contents of different forms in soil and plant selenium content.
