摘　　要：本文研究了移液枪吸头有无润洗对新城疫抗体测定结果的影响。取待检鸡血清样品30份,用《新城疫诊断技术》(GB/T 16550-2008)中的血凝(HA)和血凝抑制(HI)试验操作方法测定样品中新城疫抗体滴度,对同一份样品分别用移液枪吸头润洗3次与没有润洗进行测定。结果表明,润洗比无润洗提高0~1个滴度。因此,测定鸡新城疫抗体时应严格按照《新城疫诊断技术》(GB/T 16550—2008)中的要求进行,即用移液枪吸取样品前要润洗吸头2~3次。In this paper,the effects of pipette tip with or without rinsing on the determination of newcastle disease antibody was studied.Thirty samples of sera from chickens were taken to be tested and the antibody titer of newcastle disease was determined by the hemagglutination test(HA)and hemagglutination inhibition(HI)test method in"Newcastle disease diagnostic technique"(GB/T 16550-2008).The same sample was tested with a pipette tip rinsing three times or without rinsing.The results showed that there was 0-1 titers with rinsing more than non-rinsing.Therefore,newcastle disease antibodies in chicken should be determined strictly in accordance with"Newcastle disease diagnostic technology"(GB/T 16550-2008),that is to say,the pipette tips should be rinsed 2-3 times before pipetting samples.
