摘　　要：随着人们生活水平的日益提高,健康饮食成了非常重要的内容,从食用油的选择角度来看,橄榄油因其对人的健康有利,因而得到人们越来越多的认可。我国甘肃地区油橄榄种植面积不断扩大,产量也持续攀升,推动了油橄榄产业的发展。但同时这又加剧了市场竞争,如果想要在油橄榄种植中获得良好的经济效益,早实和丰产是2个关键因素。本文针对油橄榄早实丰产栽培技术做了详细分析,以期促进甘肃地区油橄榄产业的良好发展。with the improvement of people's living standard,healthy diet has become a very important content.From the perspective of edible oil selection,olive oil has been recognized more and more because of its good health.In terms of the specific situation of Olive Planting in Gansu area of China,the planting area is expanding and the output is rising continuously,which has promoted the development of olive industry.But at the same time,this also aggravates the market competition,if you want to get good economic benefits in olive planting,early and high yield are 2 key factors.In order to promote the good development of olive industry in Gansu,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the early and high yield cultivation techniques of olives.
