摘 要:为了保证月基极紫外相机能够准确地对地指向,实现对地球周围等离子体层产生的30.4 nm辐射进行全方位、长期的观测研究,设计并研制了指向机构控制系统。首先介绍了指向机构控制系统的构成及工作原理;其次对系统的关键模块进行详细设计;然后提出了一种基于霍尔传感器定位的控制算法;最后对系统的误差源进行详细分析。误差计算和月球表面工作的结果表明:基于霍尔传感器定位的控制算法正确、有效,指向机构控制系统对地指向的控制误差≤0.1°,满足极紫外相机技术指标要求。In order to ensure that the extreme ultraviolet camera can point the earth exactly,monitor and research 30.4 nm radiation generated by the earth plasmasphere roundly and chronically,the control system of pointing mechanism was designed and developed.Firstly,the structure and the operating principle of control system were introduced.Secondly,the key modules of control system were designed in detail.Then,a control algorithm based on Hall sensor positioning was presented.Finally,the error sources of control system were analyzed in detail.The results of calculated errors and the work on lunar indicate that the control algorithm based on Hall sensor positioning is correct and effective,the control error of pointing mechanism is no larger than 0.1°and satisfies the requirement of extreme ultraviolet camera technical indexes.
