摘 要:通过对河北农业大学东校区工程实验实训中心的多层模板支撑体系进行实测,以监测的实际数据为基础,运用SAP2000有限元软件进行模拟,分析了多层模板支撑体系的传力路径。结果表明:当浇筑第三层楼板混凝土时,该层支撑的内力增量为浇筑该层楼板混凝土自重的75%~90%;第二层支撑的内力增量为所浇筑混凝土自重的20%~30%;首层支撑的内力增量不超过所浇筑混凝土自重的5%,基本上可以忽略。研究结果对优化施工方案,缩短施工周期,优化施工成本具有重要意义和工程应用价值。In this paper,the mult-layer formwork supporting system in experiental training center of the East Campus of Agricultural University of Hebei is monitored.Based on the actual data from monitoring instruments,the finite element model is established by the SAP2000 software and force transfer path of the multi-storey formwork supports system is analyzed.The results showed that:when pouring the third floor slab concrete,the internal force of the support layer increases 75%~90%of the floor slab concrete dead weight.The internal force increment of supporting structure of the second floor is 20%to 30%of the floor slab concrete dead weight;the supporting structure internal force increment of the first floor increases within 5%of the floor slab concrete dead weight,which can be ignored.The research results have important significance and engineering application value on optimize the construction scheme,shorten the construction period and optimize the construction cost.
