摘　　要：目的:探讨PPDO线雕矫正透明质酸隆鼻术后外形不佳的方法和适应证。方法:本组16例,男2例,女14例,均为透明质酸注射隆鼻术后外形表现不佳。局麻,鼻尖处采用小针刀作"品"字形3个切口,挤出绝大部分透明质酸,鼻尖鼻小柱部分用3根PPDO隆鼻线塑形,下端均达到上颌骨鼻嵴处;鼻背部仍通过"品"字切口,于鼻背筋膜下和皮下两个层次置入V形线5~10根,术后3d不沾水,2个月不要重压鼻尖部。结果:所有患者术后即时效果良好,随访2周~6个月,效果满意。结论:PPDO隆鼻线结合V形线矫正透明质酸隆鼻术后外形不佳效果好,方法简便,值得推广。Objective To explore the methods and indications for the treatment of the postoperative poor appearance after Hyaluronic acid injection-rhinoplasty by PPDO threads.Methods In this group,there were 16 cases,2 male cases and 14 female patients,all of whom had poor appearance after hyaluronic acid injection.Local anesthesia was used in all patients,the small needle knife was used for the three incisions of the“Pin-shaped”in the tip of the nose,and most of the hyaluronic acid was extruded.The nasal tip and nasal column was shaped by three PPDO nose-threads,and the lower end reached the upper maxillary nasal ridge.The nasal dorsal was still used in the“Pin-shaped”incision,and the V-shaped threads was placed in the two layers:the nasal dorsal fascia and the subcutaneous layer,which was 5-10 threads.After the surgery,the incision was not wet for 3 days,and the tip of the nose was not stressed for 2 months.Results After surgery,all patients had good immediate effect,followed up for 2 weeks to 6 months,with satisfactory results.Conclusion PPDO nose-threads combined with V-shaped threads to correct the postoperative poor appearance after hyaluronic acid injection is good,and the method is simple and worthy of promotion.
