下睑缘滑行皮瓣在鼻侧部皮肤癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨沿下睑缘行滑行皮瓣在鼻侧部皮肤癌手术中的应用。方法:2014年6月-2017年9月应用下睑缘滑行皮瓣修复鼻侧部皮肤癌术中缺损创面34例,于缺损临近部位,平行于下睑缘设计滑行皮瓣,按设计线切开皮肤,向下及周围潜行分离形成皮瓣,推进修复缺损创面。结果:本组34例,切口均一期愈合,皮瓣全部成活,术区平整,鼻唇沟及下睑缘处形态满意,切口处瘢痕不明显,无"猫耳"畸形形成。结论:应用下睑缘滑行皮瓣修复鼻侧部皮肤癌术中缺损创面,简单易行,效果可靠,能达到良好的美学效果,是一种较为理想的修复方法。Objective To explore the application of the sliding flap along the lower eyelid line in nasal skin cancer surgery.Methods From June 2014 to September 2017,34 cases with nasal-side defects who underwent repairing by sliding flap under the lower eyelid margin during the skin cancer surgery were included.Sliding flap was designed adjacent to the defect,and parallel to the lower eyelid verge,followed by skin incision along the designed line,separated tissues downward and around,pulled and covered it on the defect.Results All 34 patients'incisions were primary healing,with all flaps surviving and surgical region leveling.The appearance of nasolabial sulcus and lower eyelid margin was satisfactory.No obvious scar and“cat ear”malformation were observed at incisions.Conclusion Nasal lateral defects created in radical operation of skin cancer,can be repaired by sliding flaps under the lower eyelid margin.With the advantages of simple procedure,reliable effectiveness and satisfactory cosmetic appearance,it may be considered as a relatively ideal approach.
