摘　　要：目的:系统评价红蓝光联合口服药物治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索国内中文数据库,收集所有红蓝光联合口服药物治疗痤疮的随机对照试验,采用Rev Man5.3对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果:共检索到11篇文献,1 040例患者满足纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示:与单用口服药物相比,红蓝光联合口服药物治疗座疮有效率的合并检验分析结果为:Z=7.31,P<0.0000l,合并后的OR=3.25,95%的可信区间为:2.37~4.46。结论:红蓝光联合口服药物治疗痤疮的疗效优于单纯口服药物治疗效果。Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of red-blue light combined oral drugs in the treatment of acne.Methods the randomized controlled trial of all red-blue combined oral drugs to treat acne was collected by computer from CNKI、Wanfang database、VIP database and related journals,Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3 software.Results Eleven review articles were retrieved,and 1 040 patients satisfied the inclusion standard.Compared with the singleuse topical drug group,the effective rate of the patients in the combined treatment group was Z=7.31,P<0.00001 and OR=3.25(95%CI,2.37 to 4.46).Conclusion Red-blue light combined with oral drug has a better therapeutic effect than that of the single-use oral drug.
