摘　　要：目的:探讨综合干预对腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损患者预后的影响。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年9月于本院就诊的60例手部软组织缺损患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用腹部带蒂皮瓣修复,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组仅进行常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上行综合干预,比较两组患者干预前后的手部感觉功能、活动功能及关节活动度恢复情况。结果:干预前两组患者的手部感觉功能、活动功能及关节活动度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后2周、4周观察组患者的手部感觉功能、活动功能及关节活动度持续改善,且显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预对腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手部软组织缺损患者预后恢复效果较好,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on the prognosis of patients with soft tissue defect of hand repaired with abdominal pedicle flap.Methods 60 patients with soft tissue defect of hand who were repaired with abdominal pedicled flap in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were selected for the research.All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional intervention,the observation group were treated with comprehensive intervention on the basis of the control group.The hand sensory function,movement function and joint motion range of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results The hand sensory function,movement function and joint motion range of two groups before the intervention were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P>0.05).The hand sensory function,movement function and joint motion range of the observation group at second and forth weeks after the intervention were improved,and significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the comprehensive intervention on the recovery of the patients with soft tissue defect of the hand with abdominal pedicle flap is better,and the clinical value is high.
