舒适护理在皮肤激光美容治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在皮肤激光美容治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月在本院行皮肤激光美容治疗的患者82例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理干预,比较两组患者焦虑自评量表(Self—Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、不良反应发生率及术后满意度等指标。结果:观察组患者SAS评分和不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮肤激光美容治疗中应用舒适护理可有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者护理满意度,效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in treatment of skin laser cosmetology.Methods We selected the 82 patients who were treated with skin laser cosmetology in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 to randomly divide into the observation group and the control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The scores of anxiety self rating scale,adverse reactions and postoperative satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The SAS score and the incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in skin laser cosmetology therapy can effectively relieve patients'anxiety,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patient's satisfaction.The effect is remarkable,and is worthy of popularization and application.
