芒硝外敷辅助治疗外伤性胰腺炎治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的评价芒硝外敷辅助治疗外伤性胰腺炎疗效作用。方法选择2012年1月-2017年6月在我院就诊外伤性胰腺炎住院患者43例,随机分成芒硝组及对照组,芒硝组在对照组综合治疗的基础上加用芒硝外敷,分别观察两组腹痛腹胀、腹肌紧张度、腹部瘀斑、排便通气临床症状及血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶、白细胞,CT表现改变。结果芒硝组在治疗1周后血淀粉酶、尿淀粉酶及白细胞数值下降明显增多,疗效好于对照组(P<0.05);芒硝组腹痛、腹胀、通气排便、腹肌紧张度及增强CT表现变化好转时间较对照短(P<0.05);而腹部瘀斑恢复时间与对照组变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论芒硝外敷辅助治疗外伤性胰腺炎疗效有价值。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of mirabilite topical adjuvant therapy on traumatic pancreatitis.Methods Forty-three patients were randomly divided into probiam group and control group.In the treatment group,the miraisiformis group was treated with mirabilite topical,Group abdominal pain,abdominal muscle tension,abdominal ecchymosis,defecation ventilation clinical symptoms and blood amylase,urine amylase,white blood cells,CT changes.Results The rate of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,ventilatory defecation,abdominal muscle tension and enhanced CT were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of amylase,urinary amylase and white blood cell decreased significantly(P<0.05).The recovery time of abdominal ecchymosis was not significantly different from that of control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Mirabilite topical adjuvant treatment of traumatic pancreatitis is valuable.
