摘  要:目的经阴道彩色多普勒超声观察原发不孕症患者和正常妇女在排卵期和黄体中期子宫血供和内膜血供,分析不孕症患者的排卵期和黄体中期子宫动脉和子宫内膜下动脉血流频谱特点,比较两组差异。方法原发不孕症患者80例、正常组72例分别于月经周期第14d、第21d进行经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,统计两组子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉及子宫内膜的血流参数,包括PSV、RI和PI值,对照分析两组之间各值的差异。结果不孕组的子宫动脉及内膜血流的RI和PI值均高于正常组,P<0.05,两组之间具有统计学意义。结论子宫动脉和内膜血流的RI及PI值对于原发不孕症的诊断具有重要的临床意义。Objective TUterine blood supply and endometrial blood supply of primary infertility patients and normal women on ovulation day and in mid-luteal phase are observed by transvaginal color Doppler sonography,uterine artery and Sub-endometrial blood flow’doppler waveform characteristics during those periods are analyzed to further compare two groups differences.Methods In this experiment,80 cases of primary infertility patients and 72 cases of normal women on the 14th day and the 21th day of their menstrual cycle are examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound;the author uses this method to achieve endometrial thickness,uterine spiral artery and uterine artery’s blood flow parameters statistics(including PSV,RI and PI values)and finally analyzes these two groups’differences.Results Compared to normal women group,the uterine artery and sub-endometrial blood flow’s RI and PI values were higher and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The uterine artery and the sub-endometrial blood flow’s RI and PI values have important clinical significance in the unexplained infertility’s diagnosis and treatment.
