摘　　要：[目的/意义]《中华人民共和国国家情报法》的颁布提出了加强情报学科建设的客观需求。从历史、学理以及实践3个方面对中国情报学发展进行纲领性论述,以期催化中国情报学学科建设、推动情报工作繁荣发展。[方法/过程]首先,梳理了中国历史上的情报著作、擅于运用情报的名家和情报案例;其次,阐述了情报理论,包括情报、情报工作、历史使命、基础理论和方法论;最后,评述了中国不同时代的情报工作实践,提出新一轮全球性冲突中的中国情报事业发展建议。[结果/结论]中国情报学(Intelligence Studies)承袭中国古代兵家情报思想,融合美国安全军事情报理论,不囿于"科技",以"耳目、尖兵、参谋"为己任,服务国家安全治理和经济社会发展,是我国情报从业者的一个重大创举,它包含了信息序化和信息转化的两大议题,形成了由信息转化理论、博弈理论、竞争理论、人际网络理论等构成的基础理论体系。随着经济全球化和情报需求社会化的发展,中国情报学和情报工作必将经历新一轮的快速发展。[Purpose/Significance]The promulgation of National Intelligence Law of the People’s Republic of China puts forward the objective needs of strengthening construction of the intelligence discipline.This paper makes programmatic discussions on the development of intelligence studies in China from three aspects:history,scientific principle and practice,in an effort to facilitate construction of intelligence studies discipline and promote prosperous development of intelligence work in China.[Methodology/Process]This paper first makes a summary on works related to intelligence,masters of intelligence and cases of intelligence in the history of China,then expounds the intelligence theory,including intelligence,intelligence work,historical mission,basic theory and methodology,and finally makes comments on intelligence work practice in different eras of China and gives suggestions for developing the intelligence undertakings in China amid a new round of global conflicts.[Results/Conclusions]Intelligence Studies of China inherits the thoughts of military strategists in ancient China and incorporates the security military intelligence theory of U.S.Not confined to“technology”,it takes“collecting latest information by all means for decision making”as its own duties,serves national security governance and socioeconomic development,and is a pioneering work done by intelligence practitioners of China.It consists of two issues:information ordering and information transformation,and forms a system of basic theories including information transformation theory,game theory,competition theory and social network theory.With the economic globalization and intelligence demand socialization,intelligence studies and intelligence work in China will inevitably experience a new round of rapid development.
