摘　　要：[目的/意义]韩国作为中国重要的邻国之一,与我国的国家安全有着密切联系,情报工作是一个国家制定对外政策的重要前提,因而对韩国情报体制及工作特点的掌握有利于我国在未来的情报工作中处于更加有力的地位。[方法/过程]首先对韩国情报力量构成进行分析研究。其次,针对韩国情报工作具体情况对其工作特点做出总结,并对未来情报工作的发展趋势做出预测推断。最后针对我国情报工作实际情况提出韩国情报工作对我国情报工作的启示。[结果/结论]通过对韩国情报体制及工作特点和发展趋势的探究总结出韩国近些年以及将来将加强对中国的情报工作,并提出我国应当创建情报共享机制,加强情报工作军地情报融合、军民融合,提升全民保密意识等具体措施,提升我国情报工作能力。[Purpose/Significance]As one of China's important neighboring countries,Korean of Republic(KOR)has a close relation with Chinese national security.Since intelligence work plays an important role for a country in making foreign policies,it will be in favor of Chinese national intelligence work to understand the intelligence system and work characteristics of KOR.[Method/Process]Firstly,the component of Korean intelligence power is studied.Then,its work characteristics are summarized with focuses being put on the concrete situations of Korean intelligence work.At last,the enlightenment of Korean intelligence work is proposed based on the actual situation of Chinese intelligence work.[Result/Conclusion]The study on the intelligence system,work characteristics and development trend of KOR helps draw a conclusion that KOR will enhance her intelligence strength on China.It is also proposed that China should establish intelligence sharing mechanism,promote the fusion of the military and the civilian,raise the confidentiality consciousness among citizens and take other specific measures in order to enhance her intelligence capability.
