摘　　要：随着计算机、互联网、云计算、物联网及大数据的发展,量化自我逐渐进入人们的生活。文章探讨量化自我的概念、特点、工具等,分析量化自我的应用现状以及面临的挑战。With the development of computer,Internet,cloud computing,Internet of Things and big data,quantified self has been incorporated into human life gradually.However,it is still a term rarely known to Chinese academia.Therefore,this paper gives a tentative introduction to the concept,characteristics and tools of quantified self,and then makes an analysis of its current applications as well as the problems and challenges it is facing.
