摘 要:目的研究CD_(161)在肺结核患者(PTB)外周血中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法通过流式细胞仪检测103例潜伏性结核感染患者(LTBI)和154例PTB患者外周血CD_3^+CD_(161)^+、CD_4^+CD_(161)^+和CD_8^+CD_(161)^+T细胞的表达水平,比较其在LTBI与PTB间差异;分析外周血CD_3^+CD_(161)^+、CD_4^+CD_(161)^+和CD_8^+CD_(161)^+T细胞的表达水平分别与白细胞总数、淋巴细胞(百分比和绝对值)、单核细胞(百分比和绝对值)的相关性。结果 PTB患者外周血CD_3^+CD_(161)^+、CD_4^+CD_(161)^+和CD_8^+CD_(161)^+T细胞的表达水平均显著低于LTBI患者(P<0.0001);PTB患者外周血CD_3^+CD_(161)^+和CD_8^+CD_(161)^+T细胞的表达水平和白细胞总数、单核细胞绝对值呈负相关(P<0.05);PTB患者外周血CD_4^+CD_(161)^+T细胞的表达水平和淋巴细胞绝对值呈负相关,而LTBI患者外周血CD_4^+CD_(161)^+T细胞的表达水平和淋巴细胞绝对值呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论本结果显示CD_(161)能区分PTB和LTBI,可作为早期区分PTB和LTBI的分子标志。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of CD 161 in peripheral blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The expression levels of CD+3CD+161,CD+4CD+161 and CD+8CD+161 T cells in 103 patients with latent tuberculosis infection(LTBI)and 154 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB)were detected by flow cytometry,and the expression of LTBI and PTB were compared.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation of the expression levels between CD+3CD+161,CD+4CD+161 and CD+8CD+161 T cells and the total number of white blood cells(WBC),lymphocytes(percentages and absolute values)and mononuclear cells(percentages and absolute values)in peripheral blood.Results The expression levels of CD+3CD+161,CD+4CD+161 and CD+8CD+161 T cells in peripheral blood of PTB patients were significantly lower than those of LTBI patients(P<0.0001).The expression levels of CD+3CD+161 and CD+8CD+161 T cells in peripheral blood of PTB patients were negatively correlated with the total number of WBC and the absolute value of monocytes(P<0.05).The expression level of CD+4CD+161 T cells in peripheral blood of patients with PTB was negatively correlated with the absolute value of lymphocytes(P<0.05),while the expression level of CD+4CD+161 T cells in peripheral blood of patients with LTBI was positively correlated with the absolute value of lymphocytes(P<0.05).Conclusion Our results show that CD 161 can distinguish between PTB and LTBI,and it can be used as early molecular markers that distinguish PTB and LTBI.
