气管内异物患儿父母照护体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨气管内异物患儿父母的照护体验。方法采用现象学研究方法,对10名气管内异物患儿父母进行深度半结构式访谈,并依据Miles和Hurberman提出的质性研究资料分析法分析资料。结果经过不断分析比对,共析出气管内异物患儿父母急诊入院后照护体验的4个主题,包括负性情绪满溢、冲动行为增加、不同应对方式及知识缺乏,以及后悔/自责、焦虑/恐惧、痛苦流涕、易激惹等8个亚主题。结论医护人员应及时评估气管内异物患儿父母的术前情绪,早期进行干预,使其能积极应对困境;同时,医院和社区可加强知识宣传,提高患儿父母的安全防范意识,以减少气管内异物等儿童意外事件发生。Objective To explore caring experience of parents’children with intratracheal foreign bodies.Methods Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with 10 caregivers and data was analyzed by qualitative data analysis method proposed by Miles and Hurberman.Results After the analysis and comparison,parents has experiences in four main domains,inclouding negative emotional overflow,increased impulsive behavior,different coping styles and lack of knowledge.And there were eight sub-themes,such as regret/self-blame,anxiety/fear,crying,irritability and so on.Conclusion Medical staffs should assess the preoperative emotions of parents,and provide with early intervention to help them actively coping with the difficulties.In the mean time,hospitals and communities should strenthen the knolwedge education to raise parents’awareness of safety precautions,in order to reduce the incidence rate of accidents.
