摘　　要：吞咽障碍是神经系统疾病中常见和难治的并发症之一,严重影响患者的生存质量。"通关利窍"针刺法是石学敏院士为治疗中风后吞咽障碍创立的调神针刺法,强调整体与局部治疗相结合及严格的针刺手法量学规定,标本同治。本研究旨在浅析该针法的理论内涵,阐述其临床应用,为今后吞咽障碍的治疗提供更广阔的思路和手段。Dysphagia is one of the most common and difficult complication in neurological diseases,which severely influences life quality of the patients.The acupuncture manipulation of“Tongguan Liqiao”is set for stroke dysphagia by academician SHI Xue-min.The manipulation combines the holism treatment and the local treatment,it emphasized rigorous needling standards.This study aimed at explaining the theory of this needling manipulation and expound its clinical application,so as to provide wider ideas and methods for the future treatment for dysphagia.
