摘 要:文章基于土力学原理,应用离散单元理论建立换枕机下插时扒齿-道砟物理模型,分析得出影响扒齿插入道砟阻力特性的主要因素为下插深度和下插速度;通过EDEM仿真分析了相同下插速度时不同下插深度和同一下插深度不同下插速度时的插入阻力特性,得到了扒齿插入道砟阻力与下插速度、插入深度的关系,为换枕机结构强度设计及液压系统功率匹配方式的选择提供了理论依据。In this paper,based on the principles of soil mechanics,a physical model of teeth-ballast in the process of the insertion of sleeper changing machine was established according to discrete element method.It was found out that the inserting speed and inserting depth were the main factors influencing the resistance characteristic of ballast inserted by the teeth of the machine.The inserting resistance characteristic under the same inserting speed with different inserting depth and the same inserting depth with different inserting speed was studied by using EDEM software.The relationship between the inserting resistance and the inserting speed and depth was obtained.The study can provide a theoretical basis for both the design of structural strength and the selection of hydraulic system power matching modes of sleeper changing machine.
