摘  要:文章通过Mimics等软件建立下颌尖牙的三维有限元模型,研究了不同荷载作用下尖牙牙周膜的应力分布规律,以及牙槽骨吸收程度对牙周膜产生的影响。结果表明:在刺穿或撕裂食物时,尖牙的牙周膜在牙颈处和牙根处存在较大的应力;随着牙槽骨吸收程度的增加,牙周膜的最大应力和位移均有增加的趋势,这一现象在撕裂食物时尤为明显;当牙槽骨吸收程度达到30%时,无论何种载荷,牙周膜的最大应力已达到健康牙齿的2倍,根据牙周储备力理论,此时已开始对牙周组织造成损伤,需要及时治疗。A three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular canine was constructed by using some programs such as Mimics.The stress distribution of healthy teeth tissue under different loads was analyzed,as well as the influence of alveolar bone loss on the periodontal membrane.The results show that when piercing or tearing food with the canine,the stresses at the neck and the root in the periodontal membrane become larger.Moreover,the maximum stress and displacement in the periodontal membrane increase with the increment of alveolar bone loss,which is especially obvious when tearing food.When alveolar bone loss reaches 30%,the maximum stress in the periodontal membrane becomes two times higher than that without alveolar bone loss.This indicates that the periodontal tissue has begun to be damaged and needs immediate treatment according to the theory of periodontal reserve force.
