摘 要:采用野郎、野郎2号、西嫁强生等8个砧木品种,以早佳84-24为接穗,采用顶插接方法进行嫁接,分析不同砧木嫁接对果实中Cd含量和品质的影响。试验结果表明,不同砧木嫁接后西瓜果实总糖、果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖和Cd的含量存在显著差异,其中T_1(野郎)和T_5(西嫁强生)砧木提高了果实蔗糖、果糖、总糖含量,降低果实中Cd的含量,增加了单瓜质量,同时对果皮厚度影响较小,适于重金属污染地区嫁接栽培。Using Zaojia 84-24 as scion,it was grafted with 8 rootstock cultivars including Yelang,Yelang No.2,Xijiaqiangsheng by adopting the method of top insertion.The quality characters of total sugar,fructose,glucose,sucrose,cadmium content,single fruit weight,fruit shape index and thickness were analyzed when watermelon fruit was matured.The results showed that contents of total sugar,fructose,glucose,sucrose and cadmium were significantly different grafted with different rootstocks.The contents of sucrose,fructose and total sugar were increased and the content of cadmium was reduced in fruit while grafted with T1(Yelang)and T5(Xijiaqiangsheng),additionally,the weight of single melon was increased,while the thickness of fruit was less affected,so the two rootstocks were suitable for grafting cultivation of heavy metal contaminated areas.
