摘  要:收集感染细粒棘绦虫原头蚴后不同时间的犬粪,分离和提取蛋白质,对蛋白质在胶内酶切后,依次进行质谱分析、生物信息学和蛋白质功能富集分析。结果发现,在犬粪中共鉴定出蛋白质3 242个,其中宿主(犬)蛋白有3 107个、细粒棘球绦虫蛋白有135个。蛋白质功能富集结果显示,犬感染细粒棘球绦虫后,寄生虫与宿主相互作用,虫体在不同时间分泌特定蛋白,而蛋白质的分子生物学功能存在一定差异。研究结果对建立粪抗原诊断方法和研究细粒棘球绦虫感染宿主后的代谢途径及其生活机制提供了重要依据。Proteins were extracted from the dog feces at different time post-infection(PI)with E.granulosus protoscoleces,digested with the enzymes,and subjected to electrospray ionization followed by tandem mass spectrometry(MS/MS),bioinformatics and protein function analysis.In total,3 242 proteins were identified in the dog feces,of which 3 107 were from the host,and 135 were from the E.granulosus tapeworm.At different time PI,interactions appeared between the host and the parasite E.granulosus.From the results,different specific proteins were secreted by the parasite,and their different biological functions were manifested.This study may provide foundation for establishing new diagnostic methods based-on copro-antigens and for exploring the life mechanisms of the E.granulosus during the different periods PI.
