浒苔多糖对鸡免疫增强效果的研究

摘　　要：为了解浒苔多糖(EPS)对鸡免疫增强效果,选取192只1日龄SPF鸡随机分成4组,每组48只,Ⅰ~Ⅲ组2日龄颈部皮下注射浒苔多糖,浒苔多糖含量分别为20、30、40g/L,注射量为0.1mL/只,Ⅳ注射生理盐水(NS),每天1次,连续3d。各组在7、21d分别点眼滴鼻1头羽份的ND La Sota+IB H120二联弱毒疫苗。各组分别于免疫后7、14、21、28、35、42、49、56d测定血清抗体滴度、sIgA含量、免疫器官指数、外周血中淋巴细胞比率、血清中IL-2和IFN-γ含量。结果表明,浒苔多糖组各指标均显著高于生理盐水组(P<0.05),说明EPS可以显著增强鸡的免疫功能,为免疫增强剂的开发提供了依据。To study the effects of immunological enhancement of polysaccharides from Enteromorpha(EPS),a total of 192 one day-old SPF chickens were randomly separated into 4 groups,each group with 48 chickens,Ⅰ-Ⅲgroups were administered with 20,30,40 g/L EPS,Ⅳwith NS,two day-old chickens were subcutaneously injected,once a day for three successive days.All chichens were inmmumized with the attenuated ND La Sota+IB H120 bigeminy vaccine at seven and twenty-one day-old.At 7,14,21,28,35,42,49,56 days post-inoculation,serum antibody titers,secretory immunoglobulinA(sIgA),immune organ indexes,peripheral blood lymphocyte ratio,and the quantity of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interferon-gamma(IFN-γ)were all tested.The results showed that all values in EPS groups were significant higher than that in NS group(P<0.05).The results revealed that EPS can enhance immune effects in chickens significantly.So this results may provide the basis for development of immunopotentiator.
