摘 要:对鞍钢3200 m^3以上高炉炉顶布料溜槽故障原因进行了分析,对鞍钢现有高炉布料溜槽进行一系列的优化改进。生产实践表明,改进的布料溜槽完全满足3200 m^3高炉高温高强度的冶炼需求,达到预期使用寿命,取得了良好的经济效益,是一种耐高温长寿型高炉布料溜槽。The causes leading to the failure of the furnace-top-burden-distribution chutes for BFs with the capacity of over 3200 m3 in Ansteel were analyzed.Then lots of optimized improvements for existing BFs in Ansteel were carried out.The production practice showed that the improved distribution chutes can meet the requirements needed by blast-furnace process at high temperature and high intensity of BFs with the capacity of over 3200 m3 and also the expected service life of the improved chute was achieved,indicating that it is the improved distribution chute with the characteristics of long service and high temperature resistance.So the economic benefits were achieved.
