摘 要:为满足生产产品的需求,对鞍钢冷轧厂工艺及设备都比较陈旧的联合机组进行技术改造,通过借鉴国内外先进工艺技术,利用自身技术优势,改善了设备装机水平,有效规避了设备运行风险,提高了成品轧制厚度精度和板形精度,达到了增加产能,节约投资的目的。机组系统升级所应用的关键技术,对于建设同类生产线,尤其是对老机组实施新技术改造,缩短调试周期,具有参考价值。In order to meet the needs of producing steel products,the PLCTM whose process and equipment was relatively old in Cold Rolled Mill of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was upgraded by drawing domestic and foreign advanced technologies for reference and making use of our own technical advantages.After that the thickness accuracy of the final products and the flatness accuracy were improved and thus the operational risk of equipment was effectively avoided.And also the purpose of increasing the capacity and saving the investment were achieved.The key technologies applied in the process of the system upgrading had the reference value in building like production lines,especially in upgrading the other old cold mill trains and shortening the commission period.
