摘  要:在非圆齿轮的制造中,滚齿因难以加工节曲线内凹的非圆齿轮而导致对其使用较少,故对滚切加工非圆齿轮的研究也较少。但随着对制造业高效、环保、低能的要求逐渐提高,滚切加工非圆齿轮的重要性也日益凸显。简述了现有的非圆齿轮数控加工方法,着重阐述了非圆齿轮数控滚切的系统、加工工艺和加工误差三方面的研究现状。根据数控滚切非圆齿轮的研究现状提出展望。In the manufacture of non-circular gears,the hobbing is less used because it is difficult to process the concave curve of non-circular gears,so there is little research on the non-circular gears.However,with the increasing demand for manufacturing,including the high efficiency,environmental protection and low energy consumption,the importance of rolling non-circular gear is also increasingly prominent.This paper briefly introduces the current NC machining methods of non-circular gears,and expounds the research status on NC rolling system,processing technology and machining error of non-circular gear.According to the research status of numerical control roll non-circular gear,the prospect is put forward.
