摘  要:超重力旋转填充床是应用旋转离心力来等效重力场作用以强化传质的化学反应设备。为增加流体在床内流动时间,提高反应可控历程和强化影响因素的作用等,将自转引入填充床,设计和研制了一种新型的公转带自转填充床。自转引发填充床振动问题严重,影响了反应可调控因素的协同,另通过质心优化布局和局域配重措施对该试验平台进行了改进,并用ANSYS对试验台进行模态分析,避免试验台的固有频率和运行时的激振频率发生共振。最后分别用改进前后的试验台制备了纳米碳酸钙,通过对比纳米碳酸钙电镜图,验证了改进效果。The high-gravity rotary packed bed is a chemical reaction device that uses rotary centrifugal force to equalize the gravitational field to enhance mass transfer.In order to increase the flow time of the fluid in the bed,to improve the controllable process and to strengthen the influencing factors,this paper introduces the self-rotation into the packed bed for the first time.In this paper,the test platform is improved by the method of mass center optimization and local counterweight.The modal analysis of the test bed is carried out by ANSYS to avoid the resonance of the natural frequency of the test bed and the excitation frequency at the time of operation.Finally,nanometer calcium carbonate is prepared by using the test bench before and after the improvement,and the improvement effect is verified.
