摘  要:实现舱口盖的启闭同步,需要在液压系统中加入流量调节控制回路。对于设计人员和船东来说,选择使用何种控制回路能够保障舱口盖可靠平稳工作,难以做出判断。文中选择了刚性连接回路、节流回路和马达分流回路,在相同设定工作参数下,进行同步性仿真分析比较。仿真结果显示,马达分流回路同步精度高,运行稳定,虽然造价高,但可有效保障液压启闭系统长期安全平稳运行,值得加以推广应用。Synchronization of opening and closing of hatch covers requires adding a flow control loop in the hydraulic system.For designers and ship-owners,it is difficult to choose control loop for ensuring reliable and smooth hatch cover work.In this paper,rigid connection loop,throttling loop and motor shunt loop are selected.Under the condition of same working parameters,the synchronic simulation analysis and comparison are carried out.The simulation results show that the motor shunt loop has the advantages of high synchronization accuracy and stable operation.Although the cost is high,it can effectively guarantee the long-term safe and stable operation of the hydraulic hoist system,which deserves to be popularized and applied.
