摘  要:四倍频晶体温度变化0.5℃会导致其效率降低20%,因此必须精确控制其温度。文中利用有限元软件ANSYS分析了一种四倍频晶体温控箱的温度场,计算了其大温差调节时温度场的变化过程,模拟了晶体瞬时温度波动的调节过程,并分析了水温波动对晶体框组件温度场的影响。分析结果表明温控箱能达到控温精度要求。The efficiency of FHG crystal will reduce twenty percent as its temperature changes 0.5 Celsius degree,so the temperature must be controlled accurately.The thermal field of the temperature control system for FHG crystal is analyzed by the FEM software in this paper.The changing process of thermal field in regulation of large temperature difference is calculated,the regulatory process of the instantaneous temperature undulating is simulated,and the influence to thermal field of the crystal frame by the undulating of water temperature is analyzed.The results indicate that the temperature precision requirement of controlling can be achieved.
