摘　　要：特发性心房颤动作为心房颤动中的特殊类型,过去被认为是不存在危险因素而孤立发生的心房颤动,但近年来许多研究发现,特发性心房颤动的发生受遗传、饮酒、肥胖、运动等多个因素影响。现对特发性心房颤动危险因素的最新研究进展做一系统综述。In the past,a special type of atrial fibrillation(AF),idiopathic AF,was considered to be a“lone”atrial fibrillation with no risk factors.However,recently numerous studies have found that idiopathic AF can be influenced by genetics,alcohol consumption,obesity,movement and many other factors.This paper aims to review the latest progress in the risk factors of idiopathic AF.
