摘  要:动脉粥样硬化是糖尿病患者的常见并发症,然而高血糖致动脉粥样硬化的机制尚未完全明确。自噬是正常细胞维持体内稳态必不可少的生理过程,其主要功能是细胞器的回收和蛋白质的降解;异常自噬的发生将导致细胞的损伤并促进细胞死亡。自噬在高血糖致动脉粥样硬化过程中的重要性日益得到证实,异常自噬在内皮细胞功能紊乱、巨噬细胞凋亡、血管平滑肌细胞增殖转化等动脉粥样硬化病理进程中均发挥重要作用。高血糖致动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的每一个自噬相关机制都有可能成为一个新的治疗靶点。现拟对近年自噬在高血糖致动脉粥样硬化机制的相关研究做一综述。Atherosclerosis is a common complication of diabetes.However,the mechanism of hyperglycemia-induced atherosclerosis remains unclear.Autophagy is an essential physiological procedure for the clearance of damaged proteins and organelles from cells and is necessary for maintaining cell homeostasis.However,abnormal autophagy will damage cells and cause cell death.Recently,the significance of autophagy in hyperglycemia-induced atherosclerosis has been confirmed.Abnormal autophagy plays an essential role in the pathological process of atherosclerosis,including endothelial cell dysfunction,macrophage apoptosis,vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation,phenotype transformation and much more.Every mechanism concerning autophagy in the development of hyperglycemia-induced atherosclerosis may become a new therapeutic target.This review will introduce the mechanism of autophagy in hyperglycemia-induced atherosclerosis in recent years.
